What causes this issue?

When you use the <ZK>Copy Trial</> function in formula mass maintenance,
a temporary copy of the trial is generated in the buffer of the view.
Once you exit formula mass maintenance, the <ZK>Copy Trial</> dialog box
appears and the trial is created.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
