    When recipes are distributed, existing texts for change statuses are
    compared with the texts in the transfer structures. Texts that are no
    longer needed are deleted from the target system. In this case,
    however, deletion failed.

    How to fix this error?

    Check whether the text or the recipe is locked by another user and
    restart the distribution process.
