    When you create a recipe, you must enter a <DS:DE.PVS_STTAG>key date</>
    or a <DS:TX.RMS_RCP_DE-AENNR>change number</> to specify the date as of
    which the recipe is valid.
    In this case, you have neither entered a key date nor a change number.
    The system does not create the recipe.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    Depending on your requirements, enter one of the following:
    The valid-from date you want to use as the key date
    You cannot change this key date later.
    A change number with the valid-from date you want to use
    You can use this change number to edit other objects as well (for
    example, the formula of the recipe). The valid-from date then applies
    to all of these objects. It can later be changed.
