  • What causes this issue?

When you change the date of a change number, you also change the
valid-from date of all change statuses edited with the change number.
The following status requirements must be met in recipes to be able to
    change dates:
The change status whose date you want to change must have status <LS>In
    process</>.
If you change the date to a date in the future, the preceding change
status must have the status <LS>In process</> or <LS>Rejected</>.
The current change number was used in recipe &V1&. One of the above
status requirements was not met in this recipe. The system does not
change the date of the change number.

    System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

First check and edit the status of the change statuses in question in
    recipe &V1&: <DS:TRAN.PPE>Call Up Recipe Management</>.
    You have the following options:
At least one of the change statuses has status <LS>Released</>,
    <LS>Application scope restricted</>, <LS>Inactive</>, or <LS>Obsolete
    </>.
You can no longer restrict this change status. For this reason, you
cannot change the date of the change number.
At least one of the change statuses has status <LS>Processing closed
    </>. Proceed as follows:
    RESET N2
    Reject the change status.
Restart processing the change status whose valid-from date you want to
    change.
Change the date of the change number.
