    groups and does not save manually entered authorization groups.

    How to fix this error?

    If you want to use authorization groups, contact your system
    administrator.

    Procedure for System Administrators

    If you want to allow the use of authorization groups, define
    authorization groups for Labeling with the specification type LABEL_WUI.
    You do this in Customizing for Environment, Health & Safety under Basic
    Data and Tools -> Specification Management -> Specification Master ->
    Specify Authorization Groups.
