What causes this issue?

When backflushing, the system determined that the current reporting
reporting point structure does not correspond to the milestone
structure in the routing. This may occur if any milestone operations
have been added or deleted or if the control key of routing operations
has been changed. To update the reporting point structure, the system
tried to carry out a preliminary costing for cost collector &V1&. This
preliminary costing failed. The backflush cannot be carried out.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Carry out costing for product cost collector &V1& in dialog mode.
Correct the error that prevented the creation of a new cost estimate
and then carry out the costing for the product cost collector again.
Once the reporting point structure is up to date, the system can carry
out the backflush.
