  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

The system could not find a <DS:DE.PRVBE>supply area</> for the
component &V1&. However, without the supply area, no withdrawal can be
posted in a warehouse managed by WM as the system cannot determine the
    warehouse coordinates.

    System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

Check the settings for <DS:SIMG.SIMG_CFMENUOPP3OSPK>Storage location
and supply area determination for BOM explosion</>. Here, you determine
how the system is to find the supply area from release 4.0A.
In previous releases, the system also used the supply area assigned in
the production line if this production line was entered in the
production version. However, this is not the case for release 4.0A.
If necessary, use report MDMKLPVB to copy line supply areas to the
    production versions.
