  • What causes this issue?

    The source scanners like the source scanner for user exits have an own
    knowledge base, which contains some information about how sources
    should be.
    In this case the embeded knowledge base classified a source as "
    <ZK>empty</>". This means that it contains only introducing statements
    like FUNCTION .. ENDFUNCTION, FORM .. ENDFORM and INCLUDE. And this
    holds not only for the main source, but recursively for all included
    sources too.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
