  • What causes this issue?

You tried to add a language to the I18n language configuration. But this
was not possible because the maximum number of logon languages is
    restricted to 128.

    System Response

The language was not added to the I18n language configuration.

    How to fix this error?

By default new languages are added as logon language to the I18n
language configuration. But sometimes it is not required that a language
is configured as logon language but only present as active language.
Remove the logon flag from all languages which are not required as logon
language. Afterwards you are able to add more languaged to the I18n
    language configuration.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

The limits for the language I18n configuration are
Maximum number of logon languages: 128
Maximum number of active languages: 200
