The Tax Type, Tax Group, Tax Calc Method, Price Calculation and
Consumption Sharing method fields in the maintenance view of Fixed Unit
Prices may differ for the different real estate objects. This causes
incorrect results in the cost distribution.

System Response

The system searches the fixed unit price defined for higher-level real
estate objects. The levels in descending order are the following:
Business Entity
Participation Group
Building

How to fix this error?

Check the maintenance of the Fixed Unit Prices. Correct the entries or
define fixed unit prices for higher-level real estate objects.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
