What causes this issue?

The business place assigned to the <ZH>contract objects </>is different
to the business place assigned to the <ZH>contract</>.
During posting, the system checks whether the objects that are assigned
to a contract have the same business place assignment as the contract (
<ZH>Posting Parameters </>tab) for the same posting period.
In this case, different business places have been assigned and the
system is unable to determine the applicable business place assignment.

System Response

The system creates an error message and terminates the process.

How to fix this error?

You cannot save the posting until the business place assignments are the
same for the posting period.
You can maintain the business place assignment for the contract and/ or
the contract objects to ensure they are the same for the posting period.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
