settlement unit, for the amount of vacancy costs assigned to the tenants
, is <ZH>not</> applied. The vacancy costs are <ZH>not</> paid by the
tenants.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

This is only a warning. If you want the percentage to be applied,
execute settlement with settlement parameters for which the <ZK>Consider
Vacancy Percentage</> indicator is set (see
<DS:SIMG.REFXV_TIVSCSEPARAM>Define Settlement Parameters</>).
