What causes this issue?

On the new occupancy date, there are no more desk assignments available
in target room <ZH>&V1&</> that you selected.

System Response

The system is not able to propose any available desk assignments.

How to fix this error?

Select a desk assignment that is already assigned. This allows you to
assign two people to one desk assignment or to replace the assigned
occupant later.
To do so, call the context menu using the right mouse button, or move
the assignment from the list of displayed desk assignments using drag
and drop.
