calculate the option rate of rental objects and occupancy contracts
according to the measurements for one object only.

How to fix this error?

Define another method for rental objects and/or occupancy contracts.
The most common methods are:
"Opts" with a "Predefined" option rate of 100%
"Does Not Opt" with a "Predefined" option rate of "0"
You may also make an entry directly in the object for rental objects
and lease-outs (in the case of, say, negotiated option rates) ("Freely
Definable" method) or make an automatic setting using a customer exit
on the basis of, say, the business entity.
