There is a threshold value entered in the
<DS:SIMG.V_TIVXCNLWOZMT>Assign Meas. Types and Characteristics for WOZ
to Company</> Customizing activity for the rent adjustment calculation
of renovated rental objects. In the <ZK>Minimum Value</> field, the
threshold is defined. If the renovation costs are equal or higher than
the minimum value, the system adds certain extra points (entered in the
<ZK>Value</> field) per EUR 1000 to the relevant characteristic.
If your renovation costs are lower than the threshold value, no extra
points can be calculated.
