  • What causes this issue?

The system requires index levels for certain dates in order to calculate
the next possible adjustment. Possible reasons for this message are
    listed below.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

You defined a minimum change. During the determination, the system
checks to see when the minimum change is reached. It does so starting
from the last index level (dependent on the frequency). If the system is
not able to find an index level for a certain date, then you receive
    this message.
Example: Frequency 1 month, minimum change 5 points, last adjustment
January 01, 2008 with index level 100. Index levels are maintained
monthly until December 2009. The index level remains below 105 until
then. Error message is issued if accessed for January 2010.
You defined fixed adjustment frequencies. In addition, you defined the
adjustment direction as 'Only Increase Allowed#. If the system
determines that the index level has been sinking since the last
adjustment (taking the adjustment frequency into consideration), then
the adjustment is postponed for another frequency period. It is also
possible that no more index levels were maintained, and that the error
message is issued for that reason.
Example: Only increases allowed, frequency is 12 months, last adjustment
was January 01, 2008 with index level 100. The index level for January
2009 is less than 100, and no index level is maintained for January
2010. Error message is issued if accessed for January 2010.
<ZH>Note</> that for fixed adjustment frequencies, within contract
maintenance and reporting, the system nonetheless outputs an adjustment
date that was calculated based solely on the frequency definition.
However, an actual adjustment can only be executed if the necessary i
    ndex levels were maintained.
