There are two Customizing activities that are considered when creating a
new composition header item. These are the following:
Logistics ? General -> Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) -> PLM Web
User Interface -> Recipe Development -> Specification Management ->
Specification -> Additional Information for Value Assignment -> Specific
Settings for Recipe Development -> Define Settings for Specification
APIs
Logistics ? General -> Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) -> PLM Web
User Interface -> Recipe Development -> Specification Management ->
Specification Database Structure -> Settings for Value Assignment ->
Specify Value Assignment Types
If the usage defined in the first Customizing is not consistent with the
Usage profile defined in the second, the API cannot create a new
composition header.

System Response

The call fails.

How to fix this error?

Either give the same usage in the second Customizing that is set in the
first as Usage profile (this can be set in Customizing activity:
Logistics ? General -> Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) -> PLM Web
User Interface -> Recipe Development -> Specification Management ->
Specification -> Additional Information for Value Assignment -> Usage ->
Specify Usage Profiles), or correct the Usage profile according to your
needs.
