How to fix this error?

This problem can occur if the namespace of the InfoObject has not been
maintained.
Contact the system administrator. The administrator can set the
namespaces to 'changeable' using transaction SE06, or - if they do not
already exist - enter the namespaces in the table named above using
transaction SM30.
