  • What causes this issue?

A reference object can be defined for an InfoObject.
The structure and properties of an InfoObject derive from the properties
of the reference object. When a BW model is generated based on a source
model, the reference object of the InfoObject is used to obtain the
    highest possible object reuse.
Two types of reference objects are currently supported:
    +,,Business object node field
+,,Global data type (for example, currencies, country codes, and so on)

    System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

Enter the complete path of your reference object. A business object node
    has the following structure:
    Software component version
    +,,Name of business object
    +,,Namespace of business object
    +,,Name of business object node
    +,,Namespace of business object node
+,,Path for field name of business object node
Each component can have its own namespace. This can be the case with
    dependent objects and extensions especially.

    +,,Name of business object: SalesOrder
    +,,Namespace of business object: http://www.sales.sap.com
