  • What causes this issue?

    InfoArea &V2& was deleted for characteristic &V1&. As a result, the
    characteristic is no longer an <DS:DE.RSDDTAINFOPROVFL>InfoProvider</>.
    Update rules still exist for the characteristic, however.

    System Response

    The update rules can no longer be displayed or deleted, since
    characteristic &V1& without an InfoArea is no longer displayed in the
    InfoProvider tree in the Data Warehousing Workbench.
    The characteristic cannot be activated.

    How to fix this error?

    Reassign an InfoArea to characteristic &V1& or delete the update rules
    of the characteristic.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
