    You have selected too many fields for the input help display. The
    search help has a length of &V2& characters at the moment. &V3&
    characters are allowed.

    System Response

    Characteristic &V1& cannot be activated.

    How to fix this error?

    Remove fields from the input help (set the input help sequence on the
    Attribute tab strip to zero), until the length is again smaller than
    &V3& characters.
