    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    &USE&
    Only use the High Cardinality option if you expect that the SID number
    range of 2 billion will not be sufficient. Otherwise create the
    characteristic without this property.
    If the High Cardinality property is set, the characteristic does not
    have persistent SID values or an SID table. This implies that it can
    only be used in InfoProviders that store the key value and not the SID
    value of the contained characteristics.
