All data posted until now then becomes invalid, or is interpreted as if
characteristic &V1& had value &V3& everywhere.
Characteristic &V1& cannot be activated if it is used in InfoCubes or
DataStore objects that still contain data.
To activate the characteristic you must first change the constant.
