    Up to now characteristic &V1& had the constant &V2&. All data is posted
    with the value &V2& if this constant is not empty (blank).

    System Response

    After the activation of the characteristic the constant &V3& is valid.
    All data posted until now then becomes invalid, or is interpreted as if
    characteristic &V1& had value &V3& everywhere.
    Characteristic &V1& cannot be activated if it is used in InfoCubes or
    DataStore objects that still contain data.
