  • What causes this issue?

    You deleted attribute &V2& for characteristic &V1& and included
    InfoObject &V2& into the compounding for characteristic &V1& at the
    same time.

    System Response

    Incorrect records appeared in the conversion of the master data table
    for characteristic &V1&. So, characteristic &V1& can only be activated
    if the master data table does not yet contain records.

    How to fix this error?

    If the master data table of characteristic &V1& already contains
    records, you must activate the characteristic in two steps. First
    delete the attribute &V2& and activate the characteristic &V1&. Then
    move InfoObject &V2& in the compounding of characteristic &V1& and
    activate the characteristic again.
    Warning: The values of InfoObject &V2& in the master data table of
    characteristic &V1& are filled with the initial value first. You may
    have to load the master data of characteristic &V!& again.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
