The hierarchy structure for characteristic &V1& is not time-dependent
in the old active version - but in the new revised version the
hierarchy structure is time-dependent.

System Response

The validity interval must be entered in the hierarchy table during
activation. This can take a long time - depending on the size of the
hierarchy table.

How to fix this error?

If activation cancels because of timeout, you will have to activate the
characteristic in the background.
