What causes this issue?

for drag & drop relate functions. The BW system must, however, know the
origin of the master data. The origin is stored in attribute
0SOURSYSTEM (source system ID). Characteristic 0SOURSYSTEM is not,
however, an attribute of characteristic &V1&.
