What causes this issue?

DataSource &V1& does not support IDOC transfer. You have to transfer
data for this DataSource using the PSA in BW.
For example, from release 3.0A (Plug In 2001.1) new hierarchy
DataSources that are not compatible with earlier BW releases must not
support the process of transferring IDOCs.
