  • What causes this issue?

    The BP relationships and role definitions have a validity interval. For
    this reason, the data must always be created or changed in the
    database. The relationship/role definition data is then active
    immediately, even if the business partner data is not activated until
    later.
    If the business partner is flagged at the time of its creation - that
    is, if the business partner does not yet exist in the database - then
    no BP relationships or role definitions can be created.
