.- Ensure that the user is assigned the necessary roles and authorizations.
Check User Status:
- If the user exists, check their status. Ensure that the user is active and not locked.
- If the user is locked, unlock the user account.
Assign Correct Roles:
- Ensure that the user has the appropriate roles assigned that allow them to be a contact person. This may involve assigning specific authorizations related to business partner management.
Verify User Type:
- Ensure that the user is set up as a dialog user or a communication user, as these types are typically required for contact persons.
Re-try Assignment:
- After making the necessary changes, try to assign the contact person again in the relevant transaction.
