specification limit is set to 49,999,999.
For summarized recording of partial samples the specification limit is
limited to 16,383 for the number of single values below or above the
tolerance range. For the other fields, such as, for example, the number
of valid single values or the number of nonconforming units the
limiting value is 32,767.
