    have to confirm inspection results first. When you enter results data
    the processing state of the characteristic (partial sample) is changed
    to 'processed'.
    If you want to valuate a characteristic (partial sample) that has
    already been valuated or closed, you first have to set the
    characteristic (partial sample) to 'processd' using the corresponding
    function.
