    You want to transfer material &V1& to plant &V2&. You cannot do this,
    since the inspection lot quantity is currently in inspection stock and
    Quality Management is not integrated in Inventory Management in plant
    &V2&.

    How to fix this error?

    Process the inspection setup data for the material &V1& in plant &V2&
    in the quality management view of the material master, and activate the
    stock-relevant inspection type that you require.
    Alternatively, you can release the inspection lot quantity using the
    usage decision transaction and then transfer the material &V1& to plant
    &V2& using the inventory management functions.
