What causes this issue?

Transaction DB24 includes generic and platform-specific log viewers.
The name of the log file determines which viewer is used. If the name
begins with one of the following strings, a generic log viewer is
automatically used:

Otherwise, a database-specific log viewer is used that must be
implemented in function module SHOW_XDB_LOGFILE_<DB ID>

Therefore, the system cannot display the log.
To use the generic viewer, use the corresponding utility to store the
names using the above strings in the TLOGNAME and LOG_NAME fields in
tables DBATL and DBAML.
