Create the missing policy in the Policy Configuration application.
Policies created in Policy Configuration shall only be assigned to
simplified configuration processes in Process Configuration. Do not
assign such policies to processes created in Configuration Workbench.
Make sure that the country/region of the specified policy matches the
country/region of the process.
Make sure that all the validation rules assigned to the policy are
process context enabled.
