  • What causes this issue?

If a process has an authority prefix of less than, or equal to, 4
digits, the process must have the same authority prefix as the
    corresponding process type.
If the process has an authority prefix of more than 4 digits, then first
N (<ZK>N=No. of digits of the authority prefix of the corresponding
process type</>) digits must be the same as the authority prefix of the
    process type.
For example, a process has the authority prefix <LB>SAPLL</>. The
corresponding process type has an authority prefix of <LB>SAP</>. The
first three digits of the process authority prefix matches the authority
prefix of the process type. Therefore, the process can be converted.
