  • What causes this issue?

    If a process has an authority prefix of less than, or equal to, 4
    digits, the process must have the same authority prefix as the
    corresponding process type.
    If the process has an authority prefix of more than 4 digits, then first
    N (<ZK>N=No. of digits of the authority prefix of the corresponding
    process type</>) digits must be the same as the authority prefix of the
    process type.
    For example, a process has the authority prefix <LB>SAPLL</>. The
    corresponding process type has an authority prefix of <LB>SAP</>. The
    first three digits of the process authority prefix matches the authority
    prefix of the process type. Therefore, the process can be converted.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
