Message type: E = Error
Message class: PV - Training and Event Management
Message number: 731
Message text: Document & could not be found
The document which is to be validated in the relevant application could
not be found.
This could be for one of the following reasons:
The asynchronous update has not yet been carried out.
The IDOCs are still in inbound or outbound processing in the
distributed system.
The update was terminated.
&ACTIVITY&
In the first two cases, you should wait until the update or IDOC
dispatch has been carried out. You should retain the current document
status and execute the function 'Compare document' at a later stage.
If the problem was caused by termination of the update, you should set
the document status to 'ACTIVITY MANUALLY TERMINATED'.
You do so by executing the function 'Compare document' again in Cost
Transfer, Billing or Activity Allocation.
Please note that this deletes all data relevant to billing and activity
allocation.
Before you can change the document status to 'ACTIVITY MANUALLY
TERMINATED' you must set it to 'INCORRECT'.
&ADDITIONAL_HINTS&
You should use the solution <LS>change document status to 'ACTIVITY
MANUALLY TERMINATED'</> only in the case of <LS>update termination</>
since this can otherwise lead to data inconsistencies.
