    An invalid system status was reached in the Change and Transport
    Organizer.

    The internal check using an assertion was ignored due to the setting of
    exception object CTS_REQ. Instead, exception CX_CTS_INTERNAL_ERROR was
    generated.

    How to fix this error?

    Set the exception object to at least log, repeat the triggering action,
    and send the log to your system administrator.
