  • What causes this issue?

    The system settings include profiles for working with the FMLA
    Workbench. Profiles define the layout of the FMLA Workbench and
    determine the tasks that can be carried out.
    When you call up the FMLA Workbench, the system checks to see which
    profile is assigned to you.
    You have attempted to access the FMLA Workbench with a profile that
    does not exist.

    System Response

    You cannot call up the FMLA Workbench.

    How to fix this error?

    Notify your system administrator so that you can be assigned an
    existing profile. For more information, see the Implementation Guide
    and choose:
    <DS:SIMG.PTFMLA_022>Define Profile Settings for FMLA Workbench</>
    <DS:SIMG.PTFMLA_023>Assign Profiles to Employees</>
    If you have the required authorizations, you can call up the FMLA
    Workbench anyway: Call up the PTFMLA_PROF transaction and select a
    profile from the input help.
