  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

A function in the ERP system has been called from the CRM UI. Due to
technical problems that have occurred in an earlier process step, the
function cannot be executed. This has probably triggered an ABAP runtime
    error in the ERP system.

    System Response

The system does not execute the function.

    How to fix this error?

Whilst you can still save the SXP data in CRM and ERP, you cannot
continue to work on the current SXP. The execution of ERP functions such
as gross enttitlement, gross payment determination and net simulation
requires you to restart the current transaction.
If the ABAP runtime error reoccurs contact your system administrator.

    Procedure for System Administrators

Check the topic. If an ABAP runtime error has occurred you can view
detailed information about this in the system administration tools in
    the ERP system.
Check if the problem has been caused by a customer-specific adjustment.
If this is not the case, contact SAP.
The current problem occurred in function module &V1&.
