  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

The system has attempted to update one of the object types in entry &V1&
in Customizing for model definition (table CPRTYPE, Customizing
    transaction OPPE06).
However, the attempt to write to the database triggered an exception.
This could have the following causes:
The data record is locked by another user.
The database server cannot be reached.

    System Response

The system rolls back all database-relevant actions up until the last
    commit.
This results in an inconsistent database status which can, however, be
resolved if you restart the report.

    How to fix this error?

Check for the possible reason for the error, and resolve the problem.
If another user is currently accessing the data, he or she is not
allowed to save the data, since this could cause irreparable
    inconsistencies!
Then restart the report. The conversion can be carried out in several
stages without problem, as long as no other changes are made to the
relevant database objects in the meantime.

    Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
