    As of iPPE 3.0, you can maintain the <LS>Aggregate Scrap
    </> indicator for the routing.
    In previous releases, the system always assumes that the indicator is
    set for planning, even if this is not the case in the database.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    To ensure this for all new processes, this XPRA sets the
    <LS>Aggregate Scrap</> indicator for all routings in the database
    table PRSEQ.
