    The production supply area is assigned to the storage location &V4&. You
    want to use a Kanban to transfer the material in Warehouse Management
    (WM) to warehouse number &V2&, storage type &V3&. However, according to
    the setting in table T320A in Customizing for Warehouse Management, the
    material from warehouse number &V2& and storage type &V3& is assigned to
    the storage location &V1&.

    System Response

    In accordance with the above settings, the material is posted to storage
    location &V1& and not to the supply area storage location &V4& in
    transfer postings in Warehouse Management (WM) or in a physical
    inventory.

    How to fix this error?

    You have the following options:
    Assign another storage location to the supply area.
    Enter another storage type in the control circle.
    In Customizing for Warehouse Management, in the process step
    <DS:SIMG.SIMG_XXMENUOLML1003>Define Storage Location Control</> under
    <LS>Storage Location Control in Warehouse Management</>, assign another
    storage location to warehouse number &V2& and storage type &V3& in the
    relevant plant.
