  • What causes this issue?

In the control cycle, you have maintained a replenishment lead time in
hours and minutes. If this time is to be used for the calculation of
the control cycle, you must maintain exact work times in a shift
program and then you must enter this shift program in a calculation
profile which you assign to this control cycle.
However, either you have not maintained a calculation profile in the
control cycle or you have not entered a shift program in the
    calculation profile.

    System Response

With the data currently maintained, the system ignores the
replenishment lead time in hours and minutes in the control cycle
    calculation.

    How to fix this error?

Check the data. You can display the calculation profile maintained in
the control cycle using the function 'Display calculation profile'.
