What causes this issue?

You selected the procedure, "in-house production with KANBAN
control/MRP" without "separate goods receipt". In this procedure, the
MRP run creates planned orders or run schedule quantities for the
material as a forecast for production. The quantity is released
manually in KANBAN. When setting the kanban to FULL, you want to post a
goods receipt for automatically. First, you must have specified a
production version in the control cycle.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Enter the production version. If the goods receipt is not to be
automatically posted when setting the kanban status to FULL, set the
indicator, "separate goods receipt".
