What causes this issue?

You want to release a change request created as part of a correction
proposal. You do this by changing the status of the correction proposal
to 'Tested with OK'. Before you release the change request, a check is
made to see whether a test transport has already been made into the
test system. No such test transport was made.

System Response

You cannot release the change request.

How to fix this error?

Change the status of the correction request to 'In test'. This creates
and exports a new test transport.
If the correction request already has the status 'In test', reset the
correction request to the user who worked on it. If this user then sets
the status to 'In test' again, a new test transport is created and
exported.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
