What causes this issue?

The <ZH><ZK>CHECK_PAYROLL_RESULTS</></> method of BAdI
<LB>HRPAYFR_ADP_PERNUM</> implemented by ADP has changed the value of
parameter <EX>C_RPCALC_FLAG</> on ' ' ; ' ' indicates that the payroll
run program must not be executed.
The process model that you are using is a model for starting payroll
runs. The payroll run program ( RPCALCF0 in standard mode) is therefore
required.

System Response

The system stops process execution.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
