What causes this issue?

The <DS:NA.PERFTRAC024>performance data</> that you want to create is
currently in the program buffer at the current process GUID and the
specified destination. This data can only be created once per
performance test.
New performance data for a specific destination cannot be created until
after the current data has been saved. This data belongs to a new
performance test with a newly created processGUID.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
