  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

If you have entered a time that deviates from the shift, or if you are
using a shift where the time is user-definable, then you cannot specify
a position here or the position you selected will be deleted again.
Specifying a position does not mean that the employee's target working
time is changed. In Time Management this will simply mean that the
employee will be paid differently during this time but that he/she will
work as prescribed in the personal work schedule.

    System Response

The position is removed from the field in question.

    How to fix this error?

Use a shift from your shift group, but do not change the times. You
will then be able to specify an alternative payment on the basis of the
    position.
