This may be due to one of the following reasons:

At least one person was not selected, because he/she does not take part
in time evaluation (Time Management status in Planned Working Time
Infotype (0007) = 0).
An error occurred for at least one person in time evaluation, which
caused time evaluation to be cancelled.

System Response

As a result of this error, the system may not be able to display any
results for this person.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

You can use the function that allows you to display the time evaluation
log.
Use this function to find out the cause of this error.
To do this, proceed as follows:
In the shift plan, select the employee you wish to display in the time
evaluation log.
Select <LS>Edit --> Check working time</>.
The <ZH>Select check results</> dialog box appears.
Select <LS>Time evaluation log</>
The time evaluation log appears.

You can only access the time evaluation log functions by selecting an
employee. If you do not select an employee, the system simply assumes
that you want to run the evaluation for ALL employees. In such a case,
the function would not be at your disposal.
