    You have not made an entry in the <LS>Last name</> field. To recognize
    multiple applicants and former employees, the system checks already-
    entered data e.g. an applicant's last name. When you enter the last
    name the system checks whether the applicant has already been recorded
    in the system or whether a default value has been generated for
    identical last names.
